Production and Shipping Information

Most of our products are made to order. Each different type of product is produced in a different facility, and will come to you in a separate mailing.  For example, if your order contains 2 wall calendars and 1 blanket, you would receive 2 separate packages. 

Production times vary. As of 27 December 2024 most products can be completed within 2 business days.  Our maximum production time is 8 business days.

Shipping within the continental United States usually takes 6 business days or less.  Our maximum shipping time is 12 business days.

All items in your order will be delivered to you within 20 business days. Most items will get to you much sooner!
